Hannah + Chris | Caesars head overlook & bald rock Intimate Wedding

An elopement has something magical about it. They are so intimate. They usually involve the best friends and family. They almost always are in an unbelievably beautiful location. Chris and Hannah’s January 2nd elopement was the perfect way to start the new year. We headed to the mountains and met at Caesar’s Head Overlook. The location in itself took my breath away. People were lining the walk way waiting to see what was happening on the overlook. Although there were many people watching, when Hannah and her father made their way down the walkway, her groom awaited her by playing an acoustic song on his guitar, it was like they were the only people there. That moment was magical.

Their ceremony was sweet and meaningful. After they said “I do,” photos were taken of them with their immediate family. I love the slower setting of a very intimate wedding because it allows time to really get to know family members. Everyone was so kind, I felt right at home. Following family photos were bride and groom portraits at Bald Rock. Hannah’s lovely gown and her fur shaw added a touch of timelessness, it was perfect for the mountain top.

This day was pure magic, but I may be biased, I’ll let you decide.
