Andrew and Hilary met the summer after Sophomore year through mutual friends. As soon as she met him, she said to herself that this is the kind of man I want to marry one day. Two days before Andrew left to study abroad one summer in Spain, he asked her to be his girlfriend out on his parents dock on Lake Keowee. It was 6 months of Skype dates, and she was able to visit him before the semester ended!
Clemson is very special to both of these two and their families, so it was only fitting that they got married in the heart of Clemson. Their ceremony was held at Fort Hill Presbyterian Church and they danced the night away at the Madren Center (the same venue where Braden proposed to me in 2012)! Their day had a classic & black tie approach, but within a small college town, which gave it some fun flare. Braden and I absolutely loved our time with these two, their bridal party, and their families. Cheers to the Trammells!
