Tyler and Caroline met at clinical during nursing school — and within a week of meeting one another, Tyler asked Caroline on their first date. Caroline knew that Tyler was a brave soul when he asked her on their first date, because it happened to take place on Valentine’s Day! She knew after that first date, that it definitely wouldn’t be their last.

They dated for a little over 2 years and Tyler asked her to be his wife in the most unexpected way, at a Journey concert. What I love about their story is when you hear the details of their first date & proposal, you expect Tyler to be a high energy, super outgoing individual. But, instead, he’s actually more of a quiet confident guy. I love that when it comes to his girl, he goes all out in order to show her just how special she is.

They became husband and wife in Pawleys Island Community Church’s adorable chapel, and celebrated with friends and family at Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club!
